51 Operation Without Consent; Stealing Parts; Tampering 343.02 ~. 341.22 HEADER BOARDS. (a) On the front of every truck or semitrailer there shall be a header board or bulk- head which shall: (1) Be of solid construction without apertures, cracks or openings; (2) Be at least as wide as the inside floor width of the vehicle; (3) Extend at least twelve inches above the floor of the vehicle; (4) Be of construction at least as strong as four 1-1/2" by 2-3/4" oak stakes mounted in suitable stake pockets with 1~" planking or twenty gauge steel bolted thereto. (b) if van type equipment is so designed as to meet the bulkhead requirements, then such design is deemed satisfactory. (Ord. 1035. Passed 4-21-53.) (a) No person shall purposely take, drive, or operate any motor vehicle without the consent of the owner. (ORC 4549.04) (b) No person shall move a vehicle without the consent of the driver or owner into any place or position which would make the driver or owner liable to a penalty for a violation of this Traffic Code. 343.02 BREAKING AND ENTERING COMPARTMENT . No person shall unlawfully break and enter, or attempt to unlawfully break and enter, the locked compartment of any motor vehicle or trailer.
