County in order that said Board of ~,lections may maKe the necessary arrange- <br />ments for the submission of the foregoing amendments to the City Charter to <br />the electors of the City as provided by law at the general election to be held <br />November 7, 1961, and that the proposed amendments to Section 1 of Article N <br />and :section 7 of Article IX shall be submitted in substantially the following <br />form,to wit: "Shall the present provisions of the Charter, now pro-riding for <br />three (3) Councilmen at Large and one (1) Councilman from each of the four (?~) <br />fi,3ards be amended to prov_~de for the division of the City into six (6) Wards <br />with one (1) Eouncilman to be elected from each of the six (6} Wards and no <br />provision for Councilmen at Large."
