CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 61 -/.S'~ j, ~~, AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING TO PROCEED ~iITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS IN WALTER ROAD AND OTHER STREETS HERE•~ IN DESIGNATED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE I'P ORDAINED by the Council of the City Of North OL~sted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, three-fourths of all members elected thereto concurring: Section 1: That it is hereby determined to proceed with the con- struction of sanitary sewers and necessary az~purtenances for the provision of local sewage collection in the streets and between the termini following: 1. Walter Road - Beginning at a point approximately 20 ft. north of the south line of Lot 9, EKADAR subdivision No. 1, 131-lt80 and thence northerly to a point approximately 65 ft. south of the North Corporation Line. 2. Beech Lary - Beginning at Walter Road and then easterly to the Cul-de-sac Circle at the eastern terminus of Beech Lane. 3. Leberne Drive - Beginning at Clague Road and thence in a westerly direction for approx. 1190 ft. !~. Gessner Road - Beginning at Walter Road and thence i.n an easterly direction to a point approx. 25$ ft. east of the East Line of Lot No. 12, George Whitman Partition 152-lt97. 5. Rosita Lane - Beginning at Gdalter Road and thence in an easterly direction to the Cul-de-sac Circle at the eastern terminus of Rosita Lane. 6. Maria Lane - Beginning at Walter Road and thence in an easterly direction to the Cul-cle-Sac Circle at the eastern terminus of Maria Lane. 7. Columbia Road - Beginning at a point approx. 117 ft. north of the centerline of Gessner Rd. and thence in a northerly dired'tion to Maple Ridge Road. 8. Maple Ridge Road - Beginning at Columbia Rd. and thence in an easterly direction to Clague Road. 9. Twin Circle - Beginning at Walter Road and thence easterly for approximately t~95 ft. and thence north approximately 1.L~.C feet and south approxi- mately 190 ft. 10. Frank Street - Beginning at Clague Road and thence westerly to the w®st line of Lot 72 and ?3, H. T. Franks subdivision A-20. 11. Florence Av®nue - Beginning at Walter Rd. and thence in a westerly direction to a point approximately 15 ft. west of West line of Lot No. 107 of Asher M. Coe subdivision, No. 1, 97-35. ]2. Theresa Lane - Beginns-ng at Walter Rd. and thence westerly to a point approximately 60 ftl west of east line of lots 21 and 2lt, Gessner Estates sub- division 155.32. 13.
