r <br /> <br />Ordinance No. b2 --~', <br />Page 2 <br />Section 5: That bonds of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, shall be issued in anticipation of the collection of assess- <br />ments by installments and in amount equal thereto, and notes of <br />said City shall big issued in anticipation of the issuance of <br />such bonds. <br />Section 6; That the City's portion of the entire <br />cost of said improvement, not specially assessed, shall be paid <br />\ by the issuance of bonds in the manner provided by law. <br />Section 7.
