(B) 'The following types of signs as to design <br />shall be permitted: <br />(1) Flat and Wall si ns, Projecting si ns, <br />and Pale si ns, as regulated in <br />Section 1225.02. <br />(2) Graut~d si ns, if located on the same <br />fY <br />lot as the building or use to which <br />it directs attention. <br />(3) 'Temporary si ns, if located on the <br />saffie lot as the building or use to <br />which it directs attention. <br />(~) The total area of all permanent types of service <br />and industrial signs shall be determined in <br />accordance with the standards. set forth in <br />Section 1223.02. <br />'The total area of the visible surfaces of the <br />industrial signs. for each establishment shall <br />not exceed 1 square fo©t for each lineal foot <br />of the building frontage. <br />(D) F1.at or wall signs, pro~ectitig signs and pole <br />signs in limited industry districts shall be <br />located in accord with regulations set forth <br />in Section 1225.02.
