~:,: <br />(2) A11 other regulations of this Zoning <br />Code, except lot area dnd lot width <br />regulations, shall be ce~nplied with. <br />1233.02 Nonconforming Use Due To Reel~ts~cification <br />The foregoing provisions of this Chapter shah also apply <br />to the buildings, structures, land or other uses hereafter <br />becoming nonconfon~aing as a result of reclassification of districts <br />or of other amend~aents made to this Zoning Code or of future <br />reclassification of districts or of other amendments made thereto. <br />Buildings and uses that were conforming or lawfully existing <br />nonconforming buildings and uses under any prior toning ordinance <br />and becoming nonconforming under this Zoning Code shall be deemed <br />lawful nonconfor®ing buildings and uses. <br />1233.03 Change From Nonconforming Use <br />A nonconforming building or use shall cease to be considered <br />as such whenever it complies with the requirements of the district <br />in which it is located and shall not be resumed thereafter. <br />TITLE TWENTY~TWO <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />CHAPTER 1241 w AMENI~IENT <br />1241.01 Initiatic~a Of Amendment <br />A proposed amendment to the Zoning Code or the Zone Map <br />may b~e initiated either by the Planning Commission or by <br />introduction as an ordinance in Council. Tf the at~aendment is <br />initiated by action of the Planning Commission, and upon its <br />introduction as an ordinance in Council, the Council shall set <br />the same for public hearing and provide for the proper notice <br />thereof, all as provided by the Charter and in this Chapter. <br />If the amendment is initiated by its introduction as an <br />ordinance in Council, the ordinance shall forthwith be referred <br />to the Planning Commission. <br />~.. 103 -~ <br />
