1241.04 Procedure At Public Hesrin <br />At a public hearing established by Section 1241.03, any <br />interested person shall be heard who desires to present reasons <br />for or against the adoption of a proposed amend~e.ent, subject, <br />howeverr to reasmnable regulations of the Council or rulings <br />from the presiding effi.cer, Council, by motion,. may recess <br />from time to time the public hearing, but no further notice by <br />mail or advertisement shall be given for the time and place of <br />any subsequent recessed public hearing of that proposed amend- <br />ment. Council need net take final action on such proposed <br />amendment at the time of said public hearing. <br />1241.05 Action B~ Counncil <br />At any time after the conclusion of the public hearing <br />required by this Chapter,Council may adopt the proposed <br />ordinance by the affirmative vote of at least a majority of <br />the members of Council eligible to vote, provided the proposed <br />ordinance was initiated by the Planning Co~aission or had <br />received the prior approval by the Planning Commission. If <br />the proposed ordinance or any part thereof has been disapproved <br />by the Planning Commission it shall be adopted only if it <br />receives the affirmative vote of twos-thirds of all members of <br />Council eligible to vote. <br />1241.06 Current Record 8f Te~a~et And M <br />The Building Official shill maintain a permanent and <br />current record of this Zoning Code showing all amendments <br />to the text and map. <br />105 .- <br /> <br />
