1127.03 Effect Of Rules <br />Rules of the Building Official shall have the same force <br />and effect as provisions of the Zoning Code and the rules of <br />the Board. <br />1127.4 Liability <br />Neither the Building Official nor any person appointed <br />or employed by him when acting in good faith and without malice <br />shall be personally liable for damages by reason of anything <br />done under the provisions of the Zoning Code. <br />1127.05 Records And Reports <br />The Building Official shall keep, or cause to be kept, a <br />record of his department in regard to any decision, determination <br />or conclusion reached by him in connection with the enforcement <br />of the Zoning Code. Such records shall be open to public <br />inspection during regular business hours. <br />1127.06 Pawer To Enf once <br />In addition to any other power given to the Building <br />~:~. <br />~~.. <br />Official by law or ordinance, the Building Official is empowered <br />and authorized, at reasonable times, to enter any premises in <br />the municipality to investigate a reported violation of the <br />provisions of the Zoning Code and he shall have the authority <br />to require the person in control of, or in charge of, such <br />premises to furnish him a sworn statement as to the number of <br />persons occupying such premises, the terms and conditions of <br />such occupancy and such other information as the Building Official <br />may deem pertinent to his investigation. A refusal on the part <br />of the person in control of, or in charge of, such premises to <br />permit the Building Official to enter said premises for the <br />purposes above specified or to furnish such sworn statement <br />shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code. <br />.- 15 <br /> <br />
