,:n„ CHAP'T'ER 1129 -~ CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY 1129.01 Building Permit No excavation for foundation, nor the erection, construction or alteration of any structure or part of a structure, nor occupancy of any street or alley with building materials, nor erection of temporary structures for construction purposes, shall be undertaken until a building peratit therefor shall have been issued by the Building Official. 1129.02 A~~lic~ation For Certificate With A~pl~icat_ion For Bu~'~ng Pertn~- Each applicant for a building permit shall file with the Building Official an application for a Certificate of Occupancy of the building proposed to be constructed or altered prior to and as a condition to the issuance of such building permit.
