1129.05 Issuance Of Certificate Of Occu alncy If ou'~'"Id'~ n gee rn~"tu3 re~ A Certificate of Occupancy, applied for as required by Section 1129.04, shall be issued before any such land shall be occupied or used, or the use of such land or building changed. Such certificate shall be issued within ten (10) days after the application has been made, provided such proposed use is in conformity with the provisions of the Zoning Code. 1129.06 Record Of Certificate Of Occupancy A record of all Certificates of Occupancy, whether issued or denied, shall be ~Cept on file in the office of the Building Official and a copy sshall be furnished on request to any person having any interest in the building or land affected. 1129.07 Fees For Certificates Of Occupancy No fee shall be charged for an orig final Certificate of Occupancy as required herein; but for each copy of an original certificate there shall be a charge of One Dollar ($1.00), which shall be remitted to the Director of Finance by the Building Official. 1129.08 Voidance ~f Certificate Of Occupancy If the use, occupancy or operation should at any time fail to comply with the ordinances of the municipality or conditions of the Certificate of Occupancy and such failures to comply continues beyond a time fixed by the Building Official to cure such default, the Certificate of Occupancy shall become void and all rights thereunder shall terminate and the ~,~ continuance of the use, occupancy or operation under said Certificate shall cease. •- 17 ~- _.. _.. .;,s '„H~~'•r.+F"u.. .. .. ..,..,.ti.... ..ry n.;pyM6tpu.yx~sn.-: .. ,..;
