1133.04 General Duties <br />The Board shall adopt regulations and rules of procedure. <br />It shall keep a record of its proceedings showing the vote of <br />each member upon each question, or, if absent or failing to <br />vote, indicate such fact, The concurring vote of three (3) <br />members shall be necessary to pass upon any matter or to permit <br />a variance or exception from the requirements of this ordinance. <br />It shall keep records of its examinations and other official <br />actions. Every rule or regulation, every amendment or repeal <br />thereof and every order, requirement, decision or determination <br />of the Board shall immediately be filed in the office of the <br />Board and shall become and remain a public record. <br />1133.05 General Powers <br />The Chairman of the Board, or in his absence the Viee~- <br />Chairman, may administer oaths and compel the attendance of <br />witnesses and the production of books, papers and other evidence <br />pertinent to any issue before the Board. <br />1133.06 S eE ci~a1 Permits <br />In addition to any special permit that the Board may be <br />authorized to issue under the provisions of the Zoning Code, <br />the Board shall have the power to authorize the issuance of a <br />special permit: <br />(A) For the use of land or the erection or use of <br />a building or structure such as a real estate <br />office or a contractors shed or storage yard, <br />for commercial or industrial purposes in a <br />residence district, in cases where such use <br />is incidental and reasonably necessary to the <br />development of the district for residential <br />purposes, and where the proposed use is clearly <br />of a temporary nature, to be avandoned as the <br />adjacent areas become occupied for residence <br />..
