1131.03 Remedies Ctactplative <br />The exercise of the rights and remedies granted in <br />Sections 1131.01 and 1131.02 sha11 in no way preclude or limit <br />the municipality or any person from exercising any other right <br />or remedy no~v or hereafter granted to them or either of them <br />under the laws of Ohio or the ordinances of the municipality. <br />CHAPTER 1133 - BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />1133.01 General <br />The Board of Zoning Appeals created by Article VII, <br />Section 4 of the Charter of the municipality sha11 have in <br />addition to the duties given to it by the Charter, the powers <br />as granted to it by this Ordinance to be exercised in the manner <br />herein set forth. The word "Board" when used in the Zoning <br />Code shall be ®onstrued to mean the Board of Zoning Appeals. <br />1133.02 Officers <br />The Board sha11 elect at its first meeting in each calendar <br />year from among its members a Chairman and a Vice~Chairman. The <br />Chairman, or in his absence the Vice~Chairman, sha11 preside at <br />all meetings of the Board and perform such other duties and <br />functions. as may be delegated to or imposed upon either of them <br />by this or any other ordinance or by the rules and regulations <br />of the Board. A Secretary of the Board shall be provided by <br />the Mayor. The Secretary shall keep the minutes and records of <br />the Board, prepare all notices, conduct all correspondence and <br />perform such other duties as shall be required by the Board. <br />,~,,. <br />1133.03 Meetings <br />The Board shall meet at least once a month and at such <br />other times as the Board may determine, or upon. call of the <br />Chairman.
