,: <br />1153.05 Livable Floor Ares In Multiple Residence District <br />In a Multiple Residence District one or two family <br />dwellings shall conform to requirements set forth in Section <br />1153.04 and any multiple dwelling unit shall contain a minimum <br />livable floor area of not lase than 660 square feet. <br />CHAPTER 1155 - HEIGHT REGULATT~NS IN RESIDENCE DIS'T'RICTS <br />1155.01 Height Regulations <br />The maximum height of a dwelling shall be as follows: <br />(A) In any A, B or C Residence District, <br />the maximum height limitation shall <br />be thirty (30) feet above grade level <br />or two (2) stories, whichever is the <br />lesser. <br />(B) In a Two Family Residence District, the <br />maximum height limitation shall be <br />thirty (30) feet above grade Level or <br />two and one--half (22) stories, which- <br />ever is the lesser. <br />(C) In a Multiple Residence District, the <br />maximum height limitation shall be <br />thirtyyfive (35) feet above grade level <br />or two and one..half (22) stories, <br />whichever is the lesser. <br />•- 3 7 -• <br />
