~. <br />1155.02 Height,Limitatior~M1Of Public Or Semi-Public Building <br />In any Residence District, the height limitation for public <br />or semi.-public buildings, churches, hospitals, sanitariums or <br />schools may be increased to forty <40) feet, but taut to exceed <br />three (3) stories, provided that the width of each side yard <br />required by the Zoning Code for the District in which the <br />building is located, be increased so as to provide that no <br />point in any wall of the building above the height limitation <br />of the District shall be nearer to a side lot line on a vertical <br />plane on the ground than a distance equal to one-third the <br />height of such point above the street level. <br />1155.03 Application Of Height Limitations <br />In the application of the height limitation the following <br />rules shall prevail: <br />(A) Abasement shall be deemed a story when <br />its ceiling is more than four and one*~half <br />(4 1/2) feet above grade level, <br />(B) On a corner lot facing two (2) or more <br />streets, the height shall be taken from <br />a level midway in elevation between the <br />highest street level and the lowest street <br />level, which height limitation shall apply <br />upon such lot not farther than to the <br />center of the lot beyond which any portion <br />of the same lot shall have a height limit» <br />~~ ation similar to that applying upon the <br />,, <br />property next adjacent thereto. <br />- 38 - <br />._ ~ - ,.4~, , .~ a,Y~ <br />.. n <br />
