(C) On a through lot the height limitations <br />shall apply to a depth not exceeding <br />one-half the depth of the lot measured <br />from either frontage €~nd if the dwelling <br />to be erected is situated in both halves <br />of the lot, the more restrictive shall apply. <br />(D) On an interior lot the height limitations <br />imposed by this Ordinance shall apply to <br />a depth equal to one~half the depth of the <br />block as measured from frontage to frontage <br />on a line projected through the center of <br />the lot in question and if the structure to <br />be erected is situated in both halves of <br />the lot, the more restrictive shall apply. <br />1155.04 Appurtenances <br />Chimneys, smokestacks, steeples, elevator bulkheads, <br />wireless towers and television antennae erected upon and as an <br />integral part of a dwelling may be erected or extended above <br />the height limitation of the district provided that any such <br />appurtenance shall be set from the exterior vertical plane of <br />the building one (1) foot horizontally for each two (2) feet of <br />height beyond the sts ted height limitations. <br />CHAPTER 1157 ..
