..C .. _,~~y~ <br />1159.02 Corner Lots <br />For a corner lot in any Residence District the minimum <br />setback along either frontage shall be the depth of the minimum <br />setback which is required along the same street for the adjoining <br />lot, provided that nothing in this provision shall be so inter- <br />preted as to reduce the buildable width of a corner lot of <br />record at the Recorder4s Office at the time of the passage of <br />the Zoning Code to less than twenty five (25) feet or to require <br />the most restrictive of the two setbacks to exceed twenty+.five <br />(25) feet. No part of a detached garage shall be closer to <br />either street than the minimum setback for the adjacent lot <br />along the same street. <br />CHAPTER 1161 +- SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />1161.01 Minimums Yard Widths <br />In Residence Districts, the minimum width of the side yard <br />shall be, on one side, not less than five (5) feet and the sum <br />of the two (2) sides shall be not less than twenty (20) feet, <br />unless the dwelling is designed to have an attached garage with <br />the vehicular entrance thereto facing the street, in which case <br />the sum of the two (2) sides shall not be less than fifteen (15) <br />feet. <br />1161.02 Computation Of Side Yard Widths <br />In computing the minimum side yard requirements the <br />following rules shall prevail: <br />(A) The width of a side yard shall be <br />~,;. determined at the point of the least <br />distance from any part of the dwelling <br />to the adjacent side line of the lot <br />measured at right angles to the side line. <br />41 -~ <br /> <br />
