REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />1163.41 Minimum Rear Yard Depths <br />In Residence Districts, the minimum depth of the rear <br />yard shall be fifty (5©) feet except in the case where a <br />multiple dwelling is on the lot where the area to the rear is <br />Retail Business, Industrial or Multiple Dwelling District, in <br />which case the minimum depth shall be thirty-five (35) feet. <br />1163.02 Computation of Rear Yard Depths <br />In computing the minimum rear yard requirements the <br />following rules shall prevail: <br />(A) The depth required shall be determined <br />exclusive of any portion used for <br />accessory structures. <br />(B) In case the rear lot line is not parallel <br />with the street line, the average depth <br />shall be used. <br />(C) On a through lot, the setback requirements <br />set forth in Chapter 1159 shall prevail <br />and not the rear yard requirements of this <br />Chapter. <br />y <D) A cornice projecting not more than twelve <br />(12) inches or a fence shall not reduce <br />the available distance. <br />»42 «. <br />,.v,~ ..., . ~ . .~~, <br />
