TITLE ELEVEN <br />RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICTS <br />CHAPTER 1171 - L©CAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />1171.01 Definition <br />For the purposes of the Zoning Code a Local Retail Business <br />~' District is defined as a business district adjacent to a Residence <br />District in which such uses are permitted as are normally required <br />for daily 1oca1 business needs of the residents of the immediate <br />neighborhood. <br />1171.02 Permitted Building And Uses <br />In a Local Retail Business District land may be used and <br />buildings or structures may be designed, built, altered or used <br />only for one or more of the following permitted uses, and not <br />for aay use specifically described in paragraphs (C) to (L) of <br />Section 1173.02: <br />(A) Any use permitted in the least restrictive <br />Residence District adjacent to any part of <br />such Local Retail Business District, but <br />subject to the conditions therein set forth. <br />(B) Retail Business for local or neighborhood <br />needs to the following limited extent: <br />1. The retail sale of baked goods, <br />~onfecfionery, dairy products, <br />delicatessen, fruits, vegetables, <br />groceries, meats, bev~,rages. <br />'~ 2.
