the building in which the killing is done <br />is a detached masonry structure having not <br />less than one hundred (100) square feet of <br />floor area and is located at least ten (10) <br />feet from any other building or part thereof <br />on the same lot which is used as a place of <br />human habitation, or a place where food is <br />prepared, placed, kept or sold. Where a <br />masonry building is used entirely for the <br />handling of poultry, such slaughtering room <br />shall be separated therefrom by a solid <br />masonry wall having between the two rooms <br />only one opening not greater than two feet <br />square closed by a se1f~-closing window or <br />door and located not less than four (4) feet <br />above the floor of the main building, Such <br />slaughtering room shall be entered only from <br />outside the building. Such slaughtering <br />room must be for killing, flicking or dressing <br />only and shall be not less than one hundred <br />(100) feet frv m any residence district or <br />from a lot occupied by an existing church, <br />a public or private school, a playground, a <br />hospital or a library, nor less than twenty <br />five (25) feet from all boundaries of the <br />premises upon which it is located. <br />,,~ (K) Advertising signs which advertise only the <br />~:~;. <br />services furnished or products dispensed or <br />sold on the premises and complying with <br />Section 1225.02,. <br />(L) An accessory use customarily incident to a <br />primary use described in this section. <br />.. 51 +» <br />
