CHAPTER 1174 ~• HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS <br />FOR RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICTS <br />~:., <br />~~ <br />1174,01 He_ i~ht Limitatiota <br />In a Retail Business District, the maximum height limitation <br />shall be fifty (50) feet or five (5) stories, whichever is less,. <br />computed its accordance with Section 1155.03. <br />1174.02 Setback Ragul~-tions <br />In a Retail Business District the building setback shall <br />be at least twenty»five (25) feet from the street line. No <br />structure shall be maintained, goods or merchandise displayed <br />or any business activity conducted within the setback area. <br />The area may be used for parking purposes. <br />1174.03 Setback On Corner Lots <br />For a corner lot in a Retail Business District, the <br />ate. <br />minimum depth of yard along either frontage shall be the depth <br />of yard which is required along the sage street for the <br />ad~oinging lot; provided that nothing in this provision shall <br />be so interpreted as to reduce the buildable width of a corner <br />lot of record at the time of passage of the Zoning Code to <br />less than twenty five (25) feet; or to require a setback from <br />a street line in excess of twenty five (25) feet. <br />1174.04 Side Yard Regulations Of Buildings Other Than Dwellings <br />In a.
