adequate space for loading or unloading facilities as required <br />by Chapter 1214 of the Zonitag Code. <br />1174,06 Rear Yard Restriction <br />In any Retail Business District, a rear yard of at least <br />twenty (20) feet in depth shall be provided in the event the <br />building is used either in whole or in part as a dwelling. A <br />rear yard of at least fifty (50) feet shall be provided if any <br />part of the rear line is adjacent to a Residence District. <br />1174.07 Minimwn. LQt Area <br />In a Retail Business District any building having a <br />dwelling unit on the first floor shall have lot area and width <br />equal to that required in C Residence District. <br />1174,08 Minimum Light And Air R®quirements <br />In a 1 Business District, yards or courts shall be <br />provided for a lot upon which a building intended to include <br />living or sleeping accommodations is to be located, so that at <br />lease one window in each room wherein people are intended to <br />live or sleep .shall open directly upon a street, yard or court. <br />Such yards or courts, where required, shall be arranged so <br />that at least one window in each room wherein people are intended <br />to live or sleep shall open directly upon a front yard of at <br />least twenty-.five (25) feet or upon a rear yard of at least <br />twenty~•five (25) feet in depth or upon a court or upon a side <br />yard not less than three (3) feet, or less than one and one«~half <br />(1 1~2) feet for each story of building height, in width.. <br />1174,09 Access Limited To Areas Within District <br />~++~ All driveways, roadways and sidewalks used or intended for <br />access to building or use in a Retail Business District shall be <br />located in their entirety within the area zoned for Retail <br />Business District. <br />.» 5 3 ••~ <br /> <br />
