~:~, <br />~- , <br />TITLE THIRTEEN <br />HOUSE TRAILER PARK DISTRICT <br />CHAPTER 1181 4 DISTRICT DEFINED AND USES PERMITTED <br />1181.01 District Defined <br />A House Trails r Park is defined as any site, lot, field, <br />or tract of land upon which one (1) or more house trailers used <br />.h,,. <br />for habitation are parked either free of charge or for revenue <br />purposes. <br />1181.02 Uses Permitted In Hr~use Trailer Park District <br />The following buildings and uses are permitted in a House <br />Trailer Park District; and no building or premises shall be <br />erected, altered, used, arranged or designed in whole or in <br />part for other than one or more of the following specified uses: <br /><A) Any uses permitted and as regulated in the <br />least restricted Residence District adjacent <br />to any part of the House Trailer Park District. <br />(B) House Trailer Park <br />(C) House Trailer Park Service Buildings, <br />limited to those necessary to provide <br />adequate toilet, bathing and laundry <br />facilities to the extent necessary to <br />provide such services to the residents of <br />the Traile~_Park in which they are located. <br />CHAPTER 1183 - REGULATIONS OF AREA A1~~ SPACE <br />.~., <br />~~ <br />1183.01 Area Regulations <br />In any house trailer park, each house trailer shall be <br />allotted an area of not less than 1250 square feet of lot area. <br />Lot boundaries shall be located by corner markers. <br />54 ~» <br />.~~ ~ ~,, <br />., ~ . „ . ,.~.r~„~.. , _ , ~ . 2 w .... <br />
