1183.02 Open S ap ces <br />Each house trailer shall be located at least ten (10) <br />,.~.. <br />feet from any building, street, alley or other house trailer. <br />These requirements shall apply to lean-tos, auxiliary rooms, <br />and similar accessories connected to a house trailer, but shall <br />not apply to temporary porches and canopies provided they <br />consist of fire resistant materials and are open on two or <br />more sides. <br />1183.03 Setback Required <br />The minimum distance a house trailer shall be set back <br />from the street line is fifty (50) feet. <br />1183.04 Driveways And Access Thereto <br />Each house trailer lot shall abut or face on a driveway <br />of clean unoccupied space of not less than twenty (20) feet <br />in width. All driveways shall have unobstructed access to a <br />public thoroughfare and shall be maintained in a passable and <br />reasonably dustproof condition at all times. <br />1183.05 Walkways <br />Each house trailer lot shall be provided with a walkway <br />not less than two (2) feet in width which shall lead from the <br />main door of the house trailer to the adjacent driveway or <br />main walkway. The walkway shall be maintained in a dustproof <br />and mud-free condition at all times. <br />1183.06 Parkin. <br />Adequate space for the parking of all autos of house <br />trailer park occupants, their guests and employees shall be <br />provided off of the house trailer park driveways.
