TITLE FIFTEEN <br />LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICTS <br />CHAPTER 1191 -~ LIMITED INDUSTRY pISTRICT <br />DEFINED AND USES PERMITTED <br />1191.01 Limited Industry District Defined <br /> <br />For the purposes of the Zoning Code a Limited Industry <br />District is defined as an industri8l area, some part of which <br />adjoins or is adjacent to a Residence District controlled <br />with respect to character of occupancy, manufacturing processes, <br />provision for off.+street parking and off street loading, location <br />of driveways, setbacks from residential boundary lines and frc~n <br />residential streets, and treatment of such setback upon spaces <br />so as to protect the residential character of such adjoining <br />or adjacent residential areas. <br />1191.02 Uses Permitted In Limited Industry District <br />In any Limited Industry District land may be used and <br />buildings or structures maq be designed, built, altered or used <br />in whole or in part, provided that: <br />(A) All resulting cinders, dust, flashing, <br />fumes, gases, noises, odors? refuse matterx <br />smokes vapors and vibrations are effect&vely <br />confined to the building, <br />(B) A11 materials are st©red inside the buildings. <br />(C) Setback building lines to the same extent <br />as required in the Zoning Cgde for the <br />Residence District that is adjacent are <br />observed on any street on which the Limited <br />Industry District adjoins a Re~idenee <br />District and planting is maintained as <br />hereinafter required.. <br />.+ 56 «. <br /> <br />
