M.y, <br />;, ~ :: <br />(M) Any other building or use similar <br />in character and operation to the <br />uses hereinbefore defined, provided <br />an interpretation to that effect is <br />first obtained from the Board as <br />provided in the Zoning Code. <br />CHAPTER 1193 ~ LIMITATIONS ON USE IN A <br />LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICT <br />1193.01 Buffer Strip <br />Around the perimeter of every Limited Industry District <br />there shall be a strip fifty (50) feet wide, herein described <br />as a Buffer Strip, which shall at all times be maintained as <br />an open area and on which no building, structure, drive, roadway <br />or parking area shall be permitted. Any person developing land <br />adjacent to the Buffer Strip shall plant the Buffer Strip with <br />plantings that conform to the Master Tree Plan of the municipality <br />so as to adequately separate and shield said Limited Industry <br />District from persons using property adjacent to such district, <br />1193.02 Fences And Hed es <br />A fence or hedge, trees or shrubs planted so as to <br />constitute a fence along a side, rear or within property lines <br />shall not be more than eight (8) feet in height on the portion <br />of the premises extending no nearer to the street line than <br />the building line. Fences in which at least fifty percent (50%) <br />of the face is open, or hedges between the building line and <br />street line shall not exceed thirty (30) inches.in height. <br />- 59 -- <br />
