CEIAPTER 1194 -• HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS <br />FOR LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRIC'T'S <br />1194.01 Height Regulations <br />In a Limited Industry District no building shat 1 be <br />erected to a height in excess of thirty (30) feet, computed <br />in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Code. <br />1194.02 Setback Regulations <br />In a Limited Industry District any building shall be <br />setback from the street a distance of not less than fifty (50) <br />feet. <br />1194.03 Side Yard Regulations <br />In a Limited Industry District the side yard width shall <br />be at least ten (10) feet and the stun of the side yards shall <br />total not less than forty (40) feet in width. No building <br />shall be erected within thirty (30) feet of the Buffer Strip <br />required by Seetion 1193.01 surrounding the Limited Industry <br />District. <br />1194.04 Rear Yard Regulations <br />In a Limited Industry District no rear yard shall be <br />less than thirty (30) feet in depth unless the same includes <br />or abuts the Buffer Strip required by Seetion 1193.01 of the <br />Zoning Code. In such case, the rear yard shall not be less <br />than ten (10) feet excluding the Buffer Strip. <br />1194.05 Lot Width Regulations <br />In a Limited Industry District no building shall be <br />constructed upon a lot which is less than one hundred (100) <br />feet in width, computed in accordance with the provisions of <br />the Zoning Code. <br />60 -~ <br />...- <br />_. <br />_a~~:. <br />
