CHAPTER 1202 •+ AREA USES AND STANDARDS <br />IN MIXED USE DISTRICTS <br />1202.01 Minimum Required Area <br />The minimum required area for a plan of development of <br />a parcel of land shall be not less than ten acres. <br />~~~ 1202,02 Uses Permitted <br />~~ <br />Any of the following uses as defined in Section 1202.03 <br />shall be permittedt <br />(A) Multiple Dwelling <br />(B) Park Commercial <br />(C) Administrative and Professional <br />1202.03 Permitted Uses Defined <br />The uses permitted by Section 1202;,02 shall be defined as <br />follows: <br />(A) Multiple Dwelling •~ There shall be permitted <br />only the multiple dwelling uses permitted in a <br />Multiple Dwelling District subject to the same <br />termer provisions, conditions and limitations <br />imposed upon such uses by Chapters 1151 to 1163 <br />of the Zoning Code. <br />(B) Park Commercial •• The following uses shall be <br />permitted: Retail stores, business or pro•• <br />fessional offices, banks, post offices, beauty <br />shops, barber shops, restaurants, any other use <br />which <br />time, <br />R <br />going <br />offers <br />dust, <br />the Planning Commission, from time to <br />determines is in keeping with the fore~» <br />uses and is not injurious, obnoxious or <br />live by reason of the emission of odors, <br />smoke, gas fumes, vibrations or noise,. <br />» 62 <br /> <br />
