streets and areas to be developed to specific land uses. <br />Council shall upon the receipt by it of the preliminary use plan <br />refer it to the Planning Commission far its recommendation for <br />action by Council in regard thereto. The Planning Cission <br />shall within thirty ('30) days of the date of reference by Council <br />recommend the approval, modification, amendment or refection of <br />the preliminary use plan. In the anent the Planning Ct~aission <br />does not within said thirty (30) day period take any action it <br />shall be assumed to have approved the preliminary use plan. Upon <br />receipt of the report and recaenmendation of the Planning Omission <br />or upon the expiration of said thirty C30) day period, the Council <br />may approve, or approve as modified or amended, or reject the <br />preliminary use plan. No action shall be taken for the development <br />of the parcel until after, and then only in accordance with said <br />approval by the Council. <br />1204.02 Proposal For Detailed Develat Pian <br />The owner or ewuers of any land for wht~ch a preliminary <br />land use plan has been approved pursuant to Section 1204.01, may <br />submit a proposal for a detailed development plan of said land. <br />Any such proposal shall be filed with the Building Official and <br />shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for its approval. <br />Such detailed development plan shall be accompanied by and <br />M, <br />supported by development drawings including site plans, portions <br />of the parcel to be devoted to specific land uses, location of <br />buildings, off•-stYe et parking areas, loading and unloading areas, <br />architectural sketches and plans for landscaping. There shall <br />also be submitted data showing. the average maximum volume of <br />traffic expected to be generated by the development, together with <br />the plan for handling such traffic.
