1204.03 P1aNning Gc~misasion Approval Before giving its approval to an application relating to a proposal for a detailed development plan, the Planning Ccission may request .such chaNges in said application as it deems Necessary to bring such platy within the spirit of and in keeping with this zoning classification and within the limitations of the preliminary land use plan that has theretofore been approved by it. 1204.04 araunds For Planning Ce.ission Ap rp oval A proposed detail development plan shall not be rejected for reasons based on personal preference as to taste or choice of architectural style but only far such inappropriateness of design or appearance as could be expected beyond a reasonable doubt to provoke harmful effects upon ad~aining property. If the Planning Commission finds that such proposed detailed development plan is within the preliminary land use plan there tofore approved by Council and is in accordance with the provisions of Title Seventeen of the Zoning Code and in the spirit and keeping of this zoning classification, and meets all the conditions which it in its discretion may have imposed, the Planning Comtission shall approve the detailed development plan and make recsx+~endations to Council for its action. 1204.05 Council Approval The proposed detailed development plan,. so certified by the Planning Co~eaission, shall not beecene e#~fective unless and until it shall have been approved by Council r, provided, however, that in the event Council should take no action in approving .>~ or disapproving said plan, as certified by the Planning Commission, within thirty (30) daps from the date of the receipt of such certification, the action of the Planning Commission in approving said plan shall becoffie in full force and effect on the day next succeeding the expiration of said thirty (30) day period. +~ 68 ~•
