1204.06 Requirement Of Plans To Confo~n <br />All plans and specifications for the development of a <br />parcel, or any portion thereof, shall conform to the detailed <br />development plan as approved under the provisions of Section <br />1204.05 and shall be submitted to the Building Official in <br />accordance with the ordinances of the municipality. <br />1204.07 Building Permit And Certificate Of Occupancy <br />No building permit for the improvement of a parcel, or <br />any portion thereof, or for the erection of any building shall <br />be issued unless .and until the detailed development plan shall <br />have been approved in accordance with the provisions of Section <br />1204.05. If and when said proposed detailed development plan <br />shall have been approved in accordance with Section 1204.05, <br />the Building Official shall be so notified and he shall then <br />issue the necessary building permits and certificates of occupancy. <br />1204.08 Amendment To Plans <br />At any time after the approval of the preliminary land <br />use plan or the detailed plan for development, the owner or <br />owners may make request for an amendment, in which case the <br />following procedure shall govern: <br />(A) If the amendment deals with the preliminary <br />land use plan, the request for it shall be filed <br />with the Council and acted upon by Council. <br />(B) If the amendment deals with the detailed <br />development plan, it shall be filed with the <br />Planning Commission and a copy filed with the <br />Clerk of the Council.
