1212.03 Combined Use Of Facilities <br />A building or group of buildings, occupied by two or more <br />uses, operatiog normally at different hours may share the same <br />off+~street parking facilities. For this purpose, in:titutione, <br />places of amusement or assembly (Items (E) to (M), inclusive, of <br />the schedule set forth in Section 1212.02) may ass~ne that up to, <br />but not more than 50% of their requirements may be shared in <br />adjacent parking s,rea$ which are accessory to business establish.. <br />meats and which normally have different hours of operation; <br />provided however, where there is a sharing of facilities by <br />different owners, there sha11 be a contract covering a period <br />of time as may be required by the Berard, and provided further <br />that, should any of the uses be changed or the facilities dis~» <br />continued, then the required spaces for the use or uses remaining <br />shall be provided elsewhere as a condition precedent to the <br />continued use of said building. <br />CHAPTER 1213 - DETAILED REQUIREMENTS <br />1213.01 Locution Of Facilities <br />All parking facilities, except those accessary to one*- or <br />two~•family dwellings, shall be developed so that each parking <br />space is directly connected to an aisle or private driveway and <br />arranged so that all vehicles can be driven forward into a street. <br />Facilities shall be located as follows: <br />(A) Residential Districts And Uses -~ Enclosed or <br />open parking facilities shall be located on <br />same lot as the dwelling served, At least <br />one space per dwelling unit sha11 be provided <br />indoors or under a carport. <br />+• 75 .- <br /> <br />
