(B) Institutional, Amusement And Assembly Uses <br />Accessary parking facilities required by uses <br />described in Items (C) to (M), inclusive, of <br />the Schedule set forth in Section 1212.02 <br />shall be on the same-lot as use requiring <br />the facility. If no such adjacent land is <br />available, the Board may approve parking <br />facilities on an adjacent lot if located <br />within an average walking distance of 250 feet <br />of the entrance of building to be served. <br />(C) Business Districts And Uses ,~ Accessory <br />parking facilities required by uses described <br />in Items (N) to (R), inclusive, of the Schedule <br />set forth in Section 1212.02 shall be located <br />on same.. lot requiring the facility or on an <br />adjacent lot to the use served and within an <br />average walking distance of 200 feet of the <br />building or use served,. provided in the General <br />Retail District where it may not be feasible <br />to provide parking facilities within such <br />locations, and where private fee lots or <br />public lots are available, the Board may <br />modify the requirements act forth in Section <br />1212.02. <br /> <br />(D) Limited Industrial Districts - Accessory <br />parking facilities required by the uses <br />described in Items CS) and (T) of the Schedule <br />set forth in Section 1212,02 shall be located <br />on the same lot or adjacent lot as the main <br />use served; however, where land is not available <br />76 .- <br />
