on the ss~e or adjacent lot, the facilities <br />shall be developed and maintained so that <br />the parking lot shall be within an average <br />walking distance of 400 feat of the entrance <br />to the building thereby served. <br /><E) General ~« A lot shall not be used to provide <br />the parking requirements for any business, <br />commercial or industrial use unless it is <br />under the same ownership as the use to which <br />it is accessory or unless it is approved by <br />the Board. <br />1213.02 Location Of Access Driveways <br />'The location, width, and number of entrances and exit <br />driveways to accessory parking facilities, except for on~.•family <br />and two family dwellings, shall be located in such a manner as <br />to interfere as little as possible with the use of adjacent <br />residential property and the flow of traffic on adjacent streets. <br />For parking areas having a capacity of 10 or more vehicles, the <br />centerline of a driveway apron shall be located not less than <br />40 feet from the nearest intersecting street line, and such <br />driveway aprons shall be spaced at not less than 120 foot intervals <br />measured on the center line of the driveways. <br />Parking areas having a capacity of 20 spaces or less shall <br /> <br />have at least one single lane driveway, those having.~r:c~apacity <br />of more than 20 vehicles shall ha~!e two ot~:~lane driveways, or <br />at least one two~lane driveway.
