~.f' <br />1213.03 Width Of Access Driveways <br />The width of driveways except for One and two family <br />dwellings, shall conform with the following schedule: <br />Width of Dri®ewa <br />~~~~ax . <br />Ones-lane 10 feet 12 feet <br />Two-lane 18 feet 24 feet <br />Three lane 27 feet 34 feet <br />The radius of the edge of the driveway apron shall be at least <br />15 feet so that a vehicle may enter from or exit onto the curb <br />lane without obstructing vehicles in ether traffic lanes. <br />The aforesaid location and width of access driveway <br />regulations shall also apply to driveways for a 'tdrive-~in't <br />roadside business,. fee parking lots and public parking lots. <br />1213.04 Improvements Of Parkin Areas <br /> <br />All parking areas and access driveways, except for one <br />and two family dwellings, shall be constructed of concrete or <br />asphalt pavement. Parking areas shall be graded to provide <br />drainage so that injury will not be caused to adjacent properties <br />nor will water drain across a public sidewalk. Parking areas <br />having a capacity of 10 or more automobiles shall provide bumper <br />guards or curbs around the parking areas to prevent vehicles <br />projecting into required yards and to define parking areas. <br />The F~,at~~ing Commission may require landscape features such as <br />a compact hedge, informal shrubs, or screening by a substantially <br />solid fence between such parking areas and a side or rear lot <br />line of a residential district. <br />The driveways, parking area pavement, curbs and bumper <br />~, <br />guards shall be constructed in accord with standards established <br />by the Engineering Department of the municipality. <br />Driveways for one and two family dwellings to the extent <br />located within street lines shall be of such character as may <br />be required by rule of the Planning Co~tission. <br />+~ 78 ~- <br /> <br />
