f CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 67-56 Bya Mr. West AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 66-340 ENACTFD DECEMBER 20, 1966, BEING 1°AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 65-270 BEING 'AN OR.DINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE FOR THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT EMPLOYEES AND SETTING FORTH THE REMUNERATION TO BE RECEIVED BY THE EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED AND DECLARING AN EMFRGFNCY'BEING AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NANIE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT TO SETnIAGE TRFATMENT SYSTEM AND ITICREASING THE R.EMUNERATION OF VARIOUS EMpLOYEES OF THE SEi,dAGE TREATMENT SY.STEM, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY"AND DFCLART_NG AN EMERGENCY, WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 66-340 listed certain employees as being required to be licensed by the State of Ohio as Sewage Treatment Operators; and ' WHEREAS, only Operators were intended to be required to be licensed by the State of Ohio as Sewage Treatment Operators; and inTHEREAS, Ordinance No. 66-340 granted certain raises to members of the Sewage Treatment System: and WHEREAS, Section 5,of Ordinance No. 66-340 granted certain payments towards Blue Cross Hospitalization; and WHEREAS, it was the intention of Council that Section 5 establishing the payments of Blue Cross Hospitalization was intended for hourly paid employees and the Plant Maintenance Mechanic; and WHEREAS, Council now wishes to correct their errors. NOW, THERF.FORE BE IT ORDAINED bv the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of. Ohioc Section 1: That the Seiaage Treatment Plant shall be known hence- _ forth as Sewage Treatment System. Section 2: That the employees of the S"age Treatment Spstem of the City of North Olmsted shall be designated as follows: Superintendent Plant Maintenance Mechanic Plant Operators Foreman-Sewer Maintenance Laborers as needed. . Section 3: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 66-340 presently reading as follows: "That the Superintendent, Maintenance P4echanic, Operators, Foreman- Sewer Maintenance, shall be li,censed by the State of Ohio as Sewage Treat- ment/6 ??raTors or anv licenses necessary under the laws of the State _ of Ohio or its Subdivisions." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3; Operators shall be licensed by the State of Ohio as Sewage Treatment Operators or any licenses necessary under the laws of the State of Ohio or its Subdivisions. , ?
