i <br />?. <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE DIO. 67-56 Page 2 <br />Section 4: That effective January l, 1967, the remuneration of <br />the aforesaid Sewer Treatment System personnel shall be as follows: <br />Superintendent <br />Plant Maintenance Mechanic <br />Plant Operators <br />Foreman-Sewer Maintenance <br />Laborers <br />$8,000 - $11,000 per annum <br />$6,800 - $7,800 per annum <br />$2.50 - $3.25 per hour <br />$2.75 - 53.25 per hour <br />52.25 - $2.75 per hour <br />Section 5! That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 66-340 presently <br />readinR as f_ollows: <br />"For each full-time member of the Sewage Treatment System the City <br />? of North Olmsted shall pav an amount equal to a single person's rate per <br />month towards the cost of B1ue Cross Hospitalization and Medical Mutual <br />premiums of said members of the Sewage Treatment System as established by <br />Contract 52YS effective the 22nd day of May, 1965." <br />. . <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 5! For the Plant Maintenance Mechanic and for each full <br />time hour_lv paid member of the Sewage Treatment System the City of North <br />Olmsted shall pay an amount equal to a single person's rate per month <br />towardsrthe cost of Blue Cross Hospitalization and Medical Mutual premiums <br />of said members of the Sewage Treatment System as established by Contract <br />52YS effective the 22nd day of May, 1965. <br />Section 6; That Ordinance Nos. 65-270 and 66-340 and anv ordinance <br />and narts of ordinances or amendments inconsistent herewith with the pro- <br />visions of_ this ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective date of <br />this ordinance. <br />Section 7: That this ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and welf_are of the City by virtue of the fact that <br />such emergency exists due to the necessity of adequately compensating <br />employees of a regular department of the City which is eesential to the <br />health of the inhabitants of the City of North Olmsted.
