That the Consulting Enginners of this City be and they <br />are hereby authorized and directed to prepare and Pile in the ofYice of the Clerk <br />of Council the estimated assessments of the cost of the improvement described <br />in this resolution. Such estimated assessments shall be based upon the estimAA <br />of coat of said imgrovement nox on file in the oPfice of the C]rerk of Council <br />and shall be prepared pursuant to the provisions of this resolution. Tben such <br />estimated assessments have t,een so filed, said Clerk shall cause notice of the <br />adoption of this resolution and the filing of said estimated assessments to <br />be served on the owners of all lots end lands to be sssessed as provided in <br />Section '72'1.13 of the Revised Code. <br />Section 7. That the assessments to be levied shall be paid in twenty <br />annual installments, with interost on deferred payments at the same rate es <br />shall be borne by the bor.ds to oe issued in anticipation of the collection thereof; <br />provided, that the owner of ar?y property assessed may, at his option, pay swch <br />assessment in cash within thirty days after passage of the assessing ordinance. <br />Section b. That bonds of the City shall be issued in anticipation of <br />the coilection of assessments by installments and in an amount equal thereto <br />and notes of said City shail tiie isstzed in anticipation of the issuance of such <br />bonds and the levy of such assessments. <br />Section 9. This resolutior, supersedes Resolution No. 64-21b passed <br />on September 15, 1964 and accordingly said Resolution No. 64-216 is hereby <br />repealed. <br />Section 10. This resolution is 'riereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure neces:,ary for the immediate preservation of 4e public peace, health and <br />safety of said City and for the further reason that the imediate construction <br />of#4aid isrlprovement is necessar,v to protect the health of the abutting owners <br />and the inhabitcints of the City; wtierefore, this resolution shall be in full <br />force and effect from and imrnediately after its passage and approval. <br />Passed ?
