CON STRUGI'ION OF 3I DEWALKS UN 3 UN DRY sTaEET3 <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED WHEIZE SUCH BYDEWALKS <br />WERE NOT CONSTltUCTED BY THE ABU'r'MNG OWN NIN <br />, COMPLIANCE WITH W'RITTEN NOTICE AS PROV'ID <br />? RESOLUTiONS N03. 64-151 AND 64-153, AND DECLAMNG <br />AN EMERGEriCY. <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution Nos. 64-151 and 64-153, enacted <br />July 7, 1964, this Council determined the necessity of inetallinq sidewalks on <br />certain streets, or portions thenof, , in the City of North Olmated; and <br />V1lHEREAS, all awners of lota and lands abutting on etaid <br />streets, or portions thereof, were served with notice of the paseaqe of said <br />resolutions and certain of Sa sad notce and Council has detertnined tot?prc?ceed <br />required period after receipt of <br />to construct said sidewalks a h t all ias provided in Resolution entire <br />cost upon the pcopertY of each defaultin9 owner <br />Nos. 64-151 and 64-153; and <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Setvice has certified to <br />the Council that $70, 900.00 of said sidewalks have not been constructed as <br />required by Resolution No. s 64-151 and 64-153. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section 1: That thi$ Council hereby determines to proceed <br />• with the constnaction of sidewalks in the amount of $70, 900.00 on those street; <br />or portions thereaf, set forth in Resolution No. 64-151, to wit: <br />1. Stearns Road from Olmstad Tcywnship to Lorain Road <br />2. McKenzie Road from Olmsted Township to Lorain Road <br />3. Kennedy Ridge Road from Butternut Ridge Road to <br />Great Northern Boulevard <br />? 4. Columbia Road (west side) from Butternut Ridge to a <br />connection of existing sidewalks in the area of <br />Columbia Road and Mastick Road <br />5. The unsidewalked portions of the south side of Maple <br />, Ridqe Road east of Walter Road to Glaque Aoed. <br />6. The unsidewalked are on the south side of Lorain <br />Road from a point east of Batton Road easterly to <br />the Faicview Park line. <br />? 7. The portions of Coe Avenue north of Elm IiDad that do <br />nat have sidewalks <br />aqd on those streets or poRions thereof, set forth in Resolution No. 64-153, to wit: <br />a. The west side of Columbia Road from Mitchell <br />Drlve north to Lorain Road <br />where such sidewalks have not been constructed by the owners Of lot• and lands <br />abuttinq thereon within the required pariod after receipt of notice of the passaqe <br />of Resolution Nos. 64-151 and 64-153.
