G'ITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NOo 64 / /D Page 2 <br />Section 5: Obstructions, other than motor vehicles, found in <br />fire lanes shall be removed by the owner, occupant or other person in charge of <br />the premises, within three (3) days after written notice of removal. Upon failure <br />to comply with said notice the City may cause the obstruction to be removed anci <br />the owner, occupant, or other person in charge of the premises shall pay the cost <br />of such removal. <br />Section 6. Whenever the Chief of the Division of Fire <br />designates a fire lane written notice thereof shall be given to the owner, occupant or <br />• person in charge of the premises. Such designafion may be appealed within 10 <br />days by filing a written objection to said designation with the Fire Chief. The <br />appeal shall be heard by the members of the Council of the City, a majority of <br />who may affirm, disaffirm or modify the designation and whose decision shall be <br />final . <br />Section 7: Part Three, Chapter 305, Section 305.01 <br />(Codified Ordinance ) Entitled Traffic Control Map reading as follows: <br />"There is hereby established a Traffic Control Map <br />which shall reflect by legend and proper designation <br />the Municipalities currently existing; <br />a. <br />• b: <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br />Traffic control signals. <br />Through streets and State routes. <br />Stop intersections. <br />Yield right of way intersections. <br />Commercial and passenger loading areas. <br />Prohibited and limited parking areas. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Part Three, Chapter 305, Section 305.01 <br />? <br />a. Traffic control signals. <br />b. Through streets and State routes. <br />c. Stop intersections. <br />d. Yield right of way intersections 1 <br />e. Commercial and passenger loading areasa <br />f. Prohibited and limi4ed parking areas. <br />g. Fire Lanes. <br />Section 8: Part Three Chapter 305, Section 305 . 02 <br />(Codified Ordinance ) entitled "Traffic Control File" is hereby aznended to conform <br />to the provisions of Part Three, Chapter 305, Section 305.01. <br />Section 9: (a) Any person who is cited for a violation of <br />. this ordinance for parking or leaving standing an unattended motor vehicle, in <br />°addition to the impounding provisions and charges provided by Section 4 hereof, <br />shall be subject to the penalties and waiver provisions of Section 303 of the <br />Codified Ordinances, all of which are incorporated by reference. <br />(b) Except as provided in 9(a) above any person who shall <br />violate any of the provisions of this ordinance, or fails to comply with any order <br />made hereunder, shall severally for each and every such violation or non-cornpliance
