CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINAIVCE NO. 64- /I(' Page 3 <br />respectively shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more thant $500.00 <br />and shall be imprisoned for not more than 10 days, or both. Each 10 days that <br />a prohibited condition is maintained shall constitute a separate offense. The <br />imposition of a fine or penalty shall nat excuse the violation or permit it to con- <br />tinue and such violations shall be remedied. <br />Section 10. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />• health, and safety, WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
