Commission within a period of six (6) months of the filinq of the <br /> Preliminary Plat, and if no# filed within the sLa (6) months period <br /> the entire subdivision and its platting shall no lonqer be considered <br /> by the Planntng Commission, and it shall be marked nof approved <br /> " Due to Delay of Developer. Preliminary Map and Vidnity Map. <br />1. Preliminary Map and Vicinity Maps shall shaw type of zonigq of <br />- areas contiquous to land to be platted. <br />2. The Preliminary Map shall be prepared by a Land Surveyor <br /> regfstered fn Ohio. <br />3. The Preliminary 1VIap shall be accurately drawn on tracinq paper or <br /> be#ter materl.al to the scale 1 inch = 100 feet. Dimensions <br /> fmm the County Auditor's Map may be used. <br />4. The preliminary plans shall show all the exfstinq streets forming <br /> the periphery of the land to be developed; the street and lot layout <br /> for the area to be developed; the existinq and prapased locatian of <br /> draining ditches; the existinq structures on the parcel #o be subdivided; <br />- the existing structures on properties immediately adiacent and within <br /> twenty (ZO) feet af the boundaty line; and the location and description <br /> of plugged, capped or active qas wells, wfthin the subdivision and <br /> within one hundred (100) feet of the boundaries of the proposed <br /> subdivision. <br />? S. A vicinity map showing the location of all periferal strce#s and <br /> subdivisions within approximately one (1) mile of the land to be <br /> developed and showinq the proposed subdivision and proposed streets <br /> shall be drawn on the preliminary map, or the proposed subdivision <br /> shall be drawn on a copy of the City Zone Map and submitted alonq <br /> with the `preliminaiy map. • <br />6. The City shall be provided with at least three (3) copies of #he Pre- <br /> liminaiy Map and one (1) copy of the Vicfnity Map. The School <br /> Board shall be provided with one (1) copy of the preliminary plan. <br />B. Topographic Map. <br />1. A topographic map shall be prepared by a Land Surveyor registered <br /> in Ohio. <br />2.` The topographic map sha21 be accurately drawn on tracing paper or <br /> better material to the scale 1 inch = 50 feet with a contour inteival <br /> of one foot. The elevations shall conform to sea level elevations <br /> establiahed by the Cleveland Regional Geodetic Survey. The Geodetic <br />• Bench Mark used shall be indicated thereon. <br />3. The topographic map shall show the location of houses on the lots <br /> <br /> <br />? , <br />finished ground elevation at the house and lot corners, existing <br />- improvements on adjoinin streets and <br />9 proposed block and lot drainaqe. <br />4. The City of Nort.h Olmsted shall be provided with at least three (3) <br /> copies of the topographic map. <br />C. The Plat. <br />1. The plat shall be prepared by a Land 3urveyor reqisted fn Ohio and <br /> his certffication and seal shall arppear thereon. <br />2. The plat shall be drawn on linen cloth with india ink to the scale <br /> 1 inch = 50 feet. The linen shall not be smaller than 1 foot by 2 feet <br /> or larqer than 2 feet by 3 feet. I.arge plats may require more than <br /> one sheet of linen. If so, the sheets shall be numbered consecutively.
