The plat shall show acceptance and dedication clbuse and approvals by City officials for record purposes only. Approval clauses for Director of Law, City Engineers, Director of Public Service and Safety, Planning Commission and Council shall be plaovided'on the plat. 7. Monuments sha13 be shown on the plat at all anqles in the outline of the subdivisfon and at all intersections of streets within the subdivi- sion outline of other streets and at all points of cuivaturQ. These monuments shall be set in the field at all points indicated on the subdivision plat before the plat is approved for record purposes except monuments in areas to be paved. Monumentsi fn areas to be paved shall be set during or immediately after the pavement is constructed and before the plat is accepted finally by the City. Municipal, County, section lines, original lot lines and other suivey control lines shall be accurately tied to lines of the subdivision. 8. Streets in the stabd#vision shall be given names different from existing street names within the City o# North Olmsted, and shall be checked with North Olmsted Post Office to prevent area duplication of names. 9. Building setback lines shall be shown on #he plat. 10. Property adjacent to the subdivision shall show the owner's names and either the volume and paqe of his deed or the County Auditor's Permanent-Parcel Number. ? 11. Existing streets teminating near the subdivision boundaiy shall be shown. 12. Easements for utilities and drainaqe shall be shown naming the utilities. The City Enqineersshall approve the width and location of the easement. 13. Streets: ? a. Mfnimum right-of-way width shall be sixty (64) feet, whether streets are intersectinq streets or periphery streets abuttinq lands adfacent to area to be subdivided. b. No resenre strips abutting streets are permitted. c. Location of streets shall conform with the City of North Olmsted's General Plan. Turnout radius at the intersection of riqht-of way lines shall be a minimum of 25 feet: d. Street intersections sha11 be at' 900 where practicable, however, never less than 609. The maxfmum length of a street between intersections shall be 1300 feet. No street 'centerline shall intersect a thorouqhfare less than 125 feet from another street centerline on either side of the thoroughfare unless recommended by Planning Commission and approved by Council. e. If possible, streets shall be continuous. If a continuous street cannot be fitted into the overall street plan, a cul-de-sac street is permftted whose length is less than 500 feet and whose tennin- ating diameter is at least 120 feet. f. Design criteria governing profile qrades, horizontal cuives and cross sections shall be of sound engineering practice subject to modification by the City Enqineer. 14. Sublots. a. A11 sub4ots shall front on a public street. b. The minimum frontage shall be determiaed art the right-af-rway line or the building setback line whichever requires the larger lat sise.
