Signs• Signs as permitted in Chapters 1225, 1227 and 1229 <br />timited for residence districts, shall be permitted in these <br />classes. <br />H. Recreation Space in Class A Zones, <br />? (1) A space shall be set aside for active or passive <br />? recreation according to the nature of the develop- <br />ment. This is space on the lot which is separate <br />from the landscaped setting of the building. Plans <br />for the use of this space shall be approved by the <br />Planning Commission. <br />(2) A program for the construction of such recreation areas <br />shall be approved as a part of the original development <br />and such program shall be followed concurrent with <br />construction of the buildings. <br />1. Public Street or Easement. Each building must have unencumbered <br />access to a public right of way and public easement for under- <br />ground improvements such as sewer and water. <br />SECTION 8. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an einergency Teasure necessary <br />for the public health, peace, welfare or safety; such necessity exists in order to <br />provide standards for the construction of Hi-Rise apartments.
