? . <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 78-7Z,?_ <br />PAGE 3. <br />? <br />nweti+?' <br />SECTION 9: All full-time employees of the Public Works Division <br />shall be entitle to an annual vacation in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />1 to 5 Years inclusive of full-time service - Two TNeeks. <br />6 to 11 Years inclusive of full-time service - Three Weeks. <br />12 to 19 years inclusive of full time service - Four Weeks. <br />20 Years and over of full time service - Five Weeks. <br />SECTION 10: That all other ordinances of resolutions of parts <br />of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith, especially <br />Ordinance No. 77-104 enacted July 5, 1977, are hereby repealed with <br />the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 11: That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Department of Public Service, <br />the Public tiVorks Commissioner and the Director of Finance in order <br />that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation as herein set <br />forth. <br />SECTION 12: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to review all pay scales and bring them <br />into line due to inflation and cost of living increases and further <br />provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
