<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE . 7g- ,Zs <br />BY: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC <br />CONTROL MAP AND FILE OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED TO PROVIDE FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC <br />CONTROL SIGNAL ON DOVER CENTER <br />ROAD IN THE AREA OF DRISCOLL LANE <br />AND COTTONWOOD TRAIL. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to have a <br />traffic control signal installed on Dover Center Road in the <br />area of Driscoll Lane and Cottonwood Trail thereby controlling <br />traffic on Dover Center Road in the northerly and southerly <br />direction as well as'traffic entering Dover Center Road from <br />Driscoll Lane and Cottonwood Trail, and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for <br />the maintenance of a Traffic Control Map which said map can be <br />amended only by ordinance. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Police Department be and the same <br />is hereby -aut orized and directed to amend the Traffic Control <br />Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon <br />a traffic control signal located on Dover Center Road in the <br />area of Driscoll Lane and Cottonwood Trail. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor is hereby directed to have <br />said tra ic control signal installed in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force rom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
