Three weeks vacation after seven years full time service; <br />C. Four weeks vacation after fifteen years full time service. <br />SECTION 8: Accident and Health Insurance <br />T at excluding secretarial an c erical employees in the North <br />Olmsted Municipal BusLine, all full time employees of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished at no cost to the <br />employee, accident and health insurance, which insurance shall pay <br />the employee, in the event he is unable to work as a result of an <br />accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per <br />week. Said insurance shall also have accident and death benefits <br />with the principal sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). <br />SECTION 9: Hospitalization <br />T at e ective Fe ruary 1, 1978, the City of North Olmsted <br />shall pay the full amount, single person's rate of the hospitalization <br />cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, <br />the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical <br />Mutual or the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan, provided that <br />the full amount to be paid does not exceed the amount allowed by the <br />Regional Transit Authority to its employees under their then existing <br />pr.ogram. The City of North 0lmsted recognizes that by virtue of <br />the Management Agreement that the City has with the Regional Transit <br />Authority, benefits paid to North 0lmsted Municipal Bus Line employees <br />cannot exceed the value of benefits paid to Regional Transit Authority <br />employees. <br />SECTION 10: Taol Allowance <br />T at e ective February 1, 1977, all mechanics-who are required <br />by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line to furnish a set of tools <br />used in the performance of their work, shall receive an annual <br />allowance of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) for maintenance and replace- <br />ment of such tools. <br />SECTION 11: Bus Driver Seniorit S stem <br />That there is ere y create a seniority system whereby the <br />driver having the most seniority sha11 have the first choice of runs <br />and this order shall be followed until all runs have been chosen after <br />which any runs which are still aot chosen for any particular day shall <br />be assigned to the first extra man from the bottom of the seniority <br />list. Drivers shall have the right to make the selection of their <br />runs in accordance with their seniority standing as provided above <br />with the exception of emergency schedules.
