Four weeks vacation after fifteen years full time service. SECTION 8: Accident and Health Insurance T at excluding secretarial an c erical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal BusLine, all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished at no cost to the employee, accident and health insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee, in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also have accident and death benefits with the principal sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). SECTION 9: Hospitalization T at e ective Fe ruary 1, 1978, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan, provided that the full amount to be paid does not exceed the amount allowed by the Regional Transit Authority to its employees under their then existing pr.ogram. The City of North 0lmsted recognizes that by virtue of the Management Agreement that the City has with the Regional Transit Authority, benefits paid to North 0lmsted Municipal Bus Line employees cannot exceed the value of benefits paid to Regional Transit Authority employees. SECTION 10: Taol Allowance T at e ective February 1, 1977, all mechanics-who are required by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line to furnish a set of tools used in the performance of their work, shall receive an annual allowance of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) for maintenance and replace- ment of such tools. SECTION 11: Bus Driver Seniorit S stem That there is ere y create a seniority system whereby the driver having the most seniority sha11 have the first choice of runs and this order shall be followed until all runs have been chosen after which any runs which are still aot chosen for any particular day shall be assigned to the first extra man from the bottom of the seniority list. Drivers shall have the right to make the selection of their runs in accordance with their seniority standing as provided above with the exception of emergency schedules. Any extra trips offered to drivers on their scheduled days o£f shall be presented to the most senior driver.
