However, any employee who retires and receives a pension, or dies,.prior to December lst of the payment year shall still be eligible to receive a longevity payment for that year based upon the proration schedule set forth in Paragraph 4 above. SECTION 5: Uniform Allowance That t ere is ereby esta lished a uniform allowance for bus drivers and maintenance employees which allowance shall be as herein- after specified. A. That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars ($135.00) per year for the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms worn by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Garage. B. That there sha11 be allowed for each bus driver the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per year for the acquisition of uniforms to be worn while operating a bus for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. Upon the appointment of a new driver, he shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred Ten Dollars ($110.00) for uniforms and accessories for the first year of such appointment. Clothing allowance will not be issued to a new driver until thirty (30) full days of employment. If within the probationary period of one (1) year, a driver leaves the employ of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, he must reimburse the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line for the amount of money spent from the clothing allowance. SECTION 6: Paid Holidays That all employees o the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the General Manager or Supervisor. In the event that the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day; President's Day; and the employee's birthday. SECTION 7: Vacation That all ull time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule:
