Any of the above while assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau <br />shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of $400.00 annually <br />for all time spent while assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau. <br />D. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees, that all <br />full-time employees of the Fire Department having completed _five (5) <br />years of full-time continuous service, with the City, shall be paid an <br />additional four percent (4%) of their base annual salary, thereafter <br />until completion of the tenth (lOth) year of continuous full-time <br />service, after which such employee shall receive five percent (5a) of <br />their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of the <br />fifteenth (15th) year of continuous full-time service, and thereaf_ter <br />six percent (6a) of their base annual salary until the completion of <br />the twentieth (20th) year of continuous full-time service, and during <br />each year of full-time service thereafter they shall receive seven <br />percent (70) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />E. In computing length of service for the purpose of making pay- <br />ments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be <br />given for part-time service, but such limitation is only for the purpose <br />of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time <br />service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may <br />be due for part-time service as employees in the Safety Department. <br />F. In addition to the regular base salary plus increments and <br />other wage increase, all regular employees of the Fire Department, <br />including officers, shall on their original appointment and during the <br />first calendar year of their appointment receive Three Hundred Dollar <br />($300.00) clothing allowance, and shall during each calendar year there- <br />after receive a clothing allowance of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), <br />Said allowance shail bo controlled--by the Chief- howetrer, a:i;T empiQyee <br />may urchase regulation clothing and be reimbursed upon presentation of <br />a sJisfactory receipt. <br />G. That all full-time employees of the North Olmsted Fire <br />Department, excluding secretarial and clerical help, shall be entitled <br />to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work <br />on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Fire Chief. In <br />the event the employee either works or was not scheduled to work for <br />reasons other than holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then <br />the employee shall receive another day of£ from work to replace the <br />holiday he worked, or was not required to work for reasons other than <br />holiday leave. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; <br />President's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving <br />Day; Christmas Day; Veteran's Day; the employee's birthday; and the <br />employee's personal use day. <br />H. That all full-time employees of the Fire Department shall <br />be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following <br />schedule:
