C. Any of the above while assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of $400.00 annually for all time spent while assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau. D. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees, that all full-time employees of the Fire Department having completed _five (5) years of full-time continuous service, with the City, shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of the tenth (lOth) year of continuous full-time service, after which such employee shall receive five percent (5a) of their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of the fifteenth (15th) year of continuous full-time service, and thereaf_ter six percent (6a) of their base annual salary until the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of continuous full-time service, and during each year of full-time service thereafter they shall receive seven percent (70) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. E. In computing length of service for the purpose of making pay- ments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time service, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due for part-time service as employees in the Safety Department. F. In addition to the regular base salary plus increments and other wage increase, all regular employees of the Fire Department, including officers, shall on their original appointment and during the first calendar year of their appointment receive Three Hundred Dollar ($300.00) clothing allowance, and shall during each calendar year there- after receive a clothing allowance of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), Said allowance shail bo controlled--by the Chief- howetrer, a:i;T empiQyee may urchase regulation clothing and be reimbursed upon presentation of a sJisfactory receipt. G. That all full-time employees of the North Olmsted Fire Department, excluding secretarial and clerical help, shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Fire Chief. In the event the employee either works or was not scheduled to work for reasons other than holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then the employee shall receive another day of£ from work to replace the holiday he worked, or was not required to work for reasons other than holiday leave. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; President's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; Veteran's Day; the employee's birthday; and the employee's personal use day. H. That all full-time employees of the Fire Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule:
