-11- <br />regulations herein established for the district in which such land, building or <br />structure is located, <br />(b) In cases of mi~c®d occupancy the regulations for each use sha~,l apply <br />to the portion of the building or land so useda <br />USE REGULATIONS <br />Section 20 "A" RESIDENT DISTRICTS. In an A, AA, AAA Residence District, <br />land may be used and buildings or structures may be erected, altered or used, <br />only for the followings <br />Permitted uses <br />1. One-Family Dwelling <br />2, Church or other place of worship <br />3e School or college, including fraternity house, sorority house, <br />or dormitory, for faculty or students, if located on the game <br />unit of property upon which the school or college buildings <br />are situatedA <br />4e Library <br />5, Musevm <br />6. Park (not including an amusement park operated for profit)c <br />7e Playground or athletic field <br />$. Country Club <br />9. Truck Garden, private greenhouse or nursery. <br />(see section 5-5) <br />10„ Crematories in existing cemeteries, provided they are not within <br />300 feet of any boundary that abutts a Residence District. <br />llo Accessory uses, incident to any of the principal uses above <br />listed and not involving the conduct of a business. <br />Section 3. "B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT - In a "B" Residence District, land <br />may be used and buildings or structures may be erected, altered or used only for <br />the following: <br />Permitted Usess <br />1. Any use permitted in the "A" Residence Districts. <br />2. Two-family dwellings <br />(a) Double House <br />(b) Duplex House <br />3, Day Nurseries, Kindergartens <br />4. Orphanages <br />5e Tourist Homes {See Sec, 5-2 <br />6, Accessory uses, incident to az~r of the principal uses above listed <br />and not involving the conduct of a business. <br />Section 4e "C" F~IDEN,1CE DIS~ PICTS. In a "C" Residence District land may <br />be used and buildings or structures may be erected, altered or used only for the <br />followings <br />Permitted uses; <br />1.
