-ia <br />Sections 6 and 8, and the allotter allowed a specified time within which to hake <br />theme upon the filing by him of a bond insuring the completion of the improvement <br />within the time specified, and indemnifying the City against loss or damage by <br />reason of the postponement. Such bond shall be in such form and amount with such <br />sureties, as the Council may approve. (Saco 10, Ord. 62, Sept. 4~ 1917). <br />Section 11. All work herein required of the al].otter, in the matter of the <br />improvement of streets, shall be done under the supervision of the City Engineer <br />and in the presence of a City Inspector and the cost of all necessary engineering <br />and inspection so incurred, and any other expense necessary to insure the proper <br />performance of the work, shall be paid by the allotter to the City, such payment <br />to be secured in advance, by deposit or otherwise, as the Couneil determines. <br />(Sec. 11, Ord. 62, Sept, J+, 1917). <br />ARTICi~E 7V. <br />USE DISTRICTS <br />Section 1. LONE. ~AFAN_D BOt1NDARZ___~FS <br />The Map herein referred to, which is identified by the title "City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, Zone Map," on file in the office of the Safety-Service Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted, and which is hereby declared to be a part of this <br />ordinance, shal]: be known as the "Zone Map". <br />{a) Wherever, upon the Zone Map, a district boundary is shown or indicated <br />to coincide with a street or alley line, or with a lot line, the boundary shall be <br />the center of such street or alley, or on such lot line. <br />(b) In all other cases the location of district boundaries on the ground <br />shall be ascertained by scaling the Zone Map and by such aids to interpretation <br />as are furnished by the Zone Neap and this ordinance, <br />ARTICLE V <br />Section 1.
